Return Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will provide you a full refund. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date, and exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 5 days from our receipt of the returned product for us to process your refund.
Shipping:
All products ship within 3 days and should arrive within one week.
Taxes:
California state residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Privacy Policy:
We value your privacy. As such, we do not give or sell any information about our customers or visitors. We will only give out personal information as required by law, for example, to comply with a court order or subpoena.
The only personally identifiable information we collect from kids is first name, parent's e-mail address, and child's birth date. We collect birth date to validate a Guest's age. Parents can request the removal of information collected about their child from our database. To deactivate your child's account, please send an e-mail message to customerservice with your child's Name and your e-mail address requesting that the account be cancelled.
